Σαστισμένη&Μπερδεμένη

Είναι Σαστισμένη και Μπερδεμένη, όπως ακριβώς και το μπλογκίστικο ψευδώνυμό της : Dazed and Confused ή αλλιώς 'DC' , όπως υπογράφει τις αναρτήσεις της. Και πώς να μην είναι σαστισμένη και μπερδεμένη αφού ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της σε αμερικάνικο πανεπιστήμιο και μη έχοντας άλλη επιλογή από το να υπακούσει τους γονείς και το κοινωνικοθρησκευτικό κατεστημένο επέστρεψε στη γενέτειρά της, τη Σαουδική Αραβία μόλις ένα χρόνο πριν; Αλήθεια, έχει κανείς από μας σκεφτεί πώς είναι να είναι παράνομο να οδηγήσεις εξ αιτίας του φύλου σου, να βγεις έξω ασυνόδευτος/η εξ αιτίας του φύλου σου, να μην έχει να πας πουθενά το βράδυ εξ αιτίας του φύλου σου, να κινδυνεύεις να συλληφθείς εξ αιτίας του ντυσίματός σου ; Αυτό αντιμετώπισε και αντιμετωπίζει καθημερινά η 'Σαστισμένη' και - όπως γράφει - κόντευε να τρελλαθεί αν δεν έβρισκε διέξοδο στο ..μπλόγκινγκ.

Όχι , δεν πρόκειται για ένα μπλογκ που σε καταθλίβει. Ίσα ίσα , το μόνο που έχει απομείνει στη DC (και αυτό προφανώς είναι και το μεγαλύτερο όπλο της) είναι το πηγαίο της χιούμορ, μπερδεμένο (κι αυτό) με συχνές πεισιθανάτιες σκέψεις . Κάθε ανάρτηση είναι για μας ένα παράθυρο σε μια κοινωνία οικονομικά πανίσχυρη που καταθλίβει τους πολίτες της μέσα στα πλούτη. Οξύμωρο; Εκ πρώτης όψεως ναι.

Οι πρώτες της αναρτήσεις είναι πικρές έως θυμωμένες. Οι σπουδές της τής χάρισαν μια ζωή οικονομικά άνετη , πλην όμως προκαθορισμένη σε όλα. Παρόλαυτά δεν επικρίνει τόσο την ηγεσία της χώρας όσο τους ίδιους τους πολίτες και κατ' έπέκταση τον ίδιο της τον εαυτό. 'Δεν φταίνε αυτοί που μας ελέγχουν όσο εμείς που τους αφήνουμε να μας ελέγχουν και που δεν τολμάμε να ξεβολευτούμε και να πραγματοποιήσουμε ό,τι εμείς θέλουμε.'
Έτσι, στις πρώτες αναρτήσεις της η Σαστισμένη έκανε μια λίστα με τα 101 ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΑ ΠΟΥ ΘΕΛΕΙ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΕΙ ΠΡΙΝ ΠΕΘΑΝΕΙ, την οποία αντιγράφω επί λέξει , σημειώνοντας με bold τις υψηλού βαθμού δυσκολίας επιθυμίες της, σε περίπτωση που θα ήθελε να τις πραγματοποιήσει εκεί..

21. eat an entire chicken by myself with my hands like they do in the Egyptian movies!

36. grab a stranger , tell him he's my soul mate, kiss him then leave

59. mail a letter to a stranger and include $500 in the envelop. ask that person to add as much money as he/she would like then mail the money and the letter to another person in another country and do the same thing then mail me the status of the letter.when the letter has roamed the world the last person should mail me back all the money and the letter showing it's route and I then donate all the money to a charity ( this is to test people's greed)

Η Σαστισμένη φαίνεται να έχει βάλει ένα κρυφό στοίχημα με τον εαυτό της να δει εάν τελικά θα μπορέσει να πραγματοποιήσει κάποιες από τις επιθυμίες της σε μια κοινωνία που δεν της δίνει τη δυνατότητα να έχει 'ταυτότητα' και μέσα από τα κωμικοτραγικά περιστατικά της καθημερινότητάς της - τόσο εκείνοι όσο και οι πιστοί της αναγνώστες - διαπιστώνουν ότι...
'κάτι βρωμάει στο Βασίλειο της...'

Αναρωτιέμαι πότε θα γράψει το πρώτο της βιβλίο.
Ή μήπως αυτό είναι το βιβλίο της;!
